1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CRAV3D's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Description

CRAV3D provides professional 3D printing and 3D scanning services, including but not limited to:

• FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing
• SLA (Stereolithography) resin 3D printing
• Professional 3D scanning services
• Design consultation and technical support
• Post-processing and finishing services

3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1 Quote Validity: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs, project complexity, or other factors.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is required before production begins unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.

3.3 Rush Orders: Rush order fees may apply for expedited production timelines. Rush fees will be clearly communicated in the quote.

4. File Submission and Requirements

4.1 Acceptable Formats: We accept CAD files in the following formats: STL, OBJ, STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, and SLA.

4.2 File Quality: You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are error-free and suitable for 3D printing. We will notify you of any issues identified during file analysis.

4.3 File Size: Maximum file size for uploads is 50MB. Larger files may be shared via alternative methods.

4.4 Intellectual Property: You retain all intellectual property rights to your designs. We will not reproduce, share, or use your files for any purpose other than completing your order unless explicitly authorized by you.

5. Production and Lead Times

5.1 Timeline Estimates: Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and current workload.

5.2 Delays: We will make every effort to meet agreed timelines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, equipment failures, material shortages, or force majeure events.

5.3 Communication: We will keep you informed of production progress and notify you immediately of any potential delays.

6. Quality and Specifications

6.1 Material Specifications: Parts will be produced using the materials specified in your quote. Material properties and specifications will match those provided in our material datasheets.

6.2 Tolerances: Standard 3D printing tolerances apply unless tighter tolerances are specified and agreed upon in the quote. FDM prints typically have ±0.5mm tolerance, while SLA prints have ±0.1mm tolerance.

6.3 Surface Finish: Parts will have the standard finish for the selected technology and material unless additional post-processing services are requested and paid for.

7. Revisions and Modifications

7.1 Design Changes: Any changes to the design after quote approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

7.2 Production Errors: If an error occurs during production due to our mistake, we will reprint the part at no additional cost. This does not apply to errors in the original design file.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Shipping Methods: Parts can be shipped via courier services or picked up from our facility in Kolkata. Shipping costs are additional and will be included in your quote.

8.2 Packaging: We take care to package parts securely. However, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping unless additional insurance is purchased.

8.3 Delivery Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect parts immediately and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Custom Products: As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

9.2 Defective Parts: If a part is defective due to a manufacturing error, we will reprint or refund the cost at our discretion.

9.3 Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply.

10. Liability and Warranties

10.1 Limited Warranty: We warrant that parts will be produced according to the specifications agreed upon in your quote. This warranty is limited to reprinting defective parts or refunding the purchase price.

10.2 Disclaimer: CRAV3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all customer designs and information as confidential. We will not share, reproduce, or use your files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request for sensitive projects.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Creating weapons, explosives, or other dangerous items
• Producing counterfeit or infringing products
• Manufacturing items that violate laws or regulations
• Creating offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
• Any illegal or unethical purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service for any project that we deem inappropriate or illegal.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

13.1 Your IP: You retain all rights to your designs and intellectual property submitted to us.

13.2 Our IP: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CRAV3D and protected by intellectual property laws.

13.3 Infringement: You warrant that you have the right to produce the items you order and that they do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
