PRINT
RECOVERY
Resume a failed print from any layer — at the exact temperature your slicer used — with a proper heat, purge, and wipe sequence. Your file never leaves your computer.
Before you begin
Print is still running or paused
Best case. The bed is still hot and the print is still adhered. Cancel the print, then immediately start the restart file — do not let the bed cool.
Print has finished or the bed has cooled
PLA contracts as it cools and may have already released from the bed. If the print has shifted or lifted, resuming will not realign correctly.
After cancelling — do not touch the printer
Do not jog the axes, move the nozzle, or adjust anything on the printer after cancelling. Load the restart file and start it directly — the startup sequence handles homing, heating, purging, and positioning.
