What scale do you build your models in?

We customize the scale based on your project needs and available space. Common scales include 1:100, 1:200, and 1:500 for real estate displays, but we recommend scale after understanding your layout, display area, and storytelling goals.

Can you work directly from CAD or BIM files?

Yes. We accept DWG, STL, OBJ, and other architectural formats. If your files aren’t print-ready, we help translate them into a form that works, without compromising your original design intent.

How long does it take to build a model?

It depends on complexity and size. Smaller site models can take 3 to 7 days. Larger, interactive ones may take 3 to 4 weeks. We always align timelines with your sales or launch calendar.

Can the model show different phases or configurations?

Absolutely. We offer modular models with removable blocks, stackable floors, or light indicators to show project phases or unit types. Ideal for phased rollouts and investor decks.

Will it survive regular client handling?

Yes. UrbanForm models are engineered to handle interaction. However like most works of art you can’t be too harsh with them.

Do you offer installation or display setup?

Yes. If you're showcasing at a site office, gallery, or expo, we can design the model to integrate with podiums, lighting, and AV setups. We also guide on how best to position and protect the model on site.
