Absolutely! We offer 3D scanning services for physical objects. If you don’t have a digital model (like an STL or CAD file), we can scan your item and generate a printable file. Our scanning process ensures accuracy and preserves the fine details that matter in the final print.

What is the typical turnaround time for a 3D printing project?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of your print, but most single-unit projects are ready in 2 to 5 business days. For simpler jobs or urgent timelines, we offer 72-hour express delivery. Bulk orders or multi-part assemblies may take longer, but we’ll always give you a clear timeline before we start.

Are the printed materials durable and suitable for functional use?

Yes, and we’ll make sure you get exactly what your project needs. SLA prints offer higher detail and a smoother finish, making them perfect for showpieces, miniatures, and design-first applications. FDM prints are more visible layer-wise but excellent for structural strength and prototyping. That said, both printing methods have material options that are tough, heat-resistant, and built for real-world use. Whether you're building something to look at or something to test, we’ll recommend the best material based on how you plan to use it.

Do you offer Metal 3D printing services?

Not at this time. Our focus is on SLA and FDM printing, which cover most design, prototyping, and display needs. If you're exploring metal for functional prototypes or specialty applications, we’re happy to help assess whether alternative materials could meet your requirements without the higher cost and lead time of metal printing.

Do you offer design assistance or only printing services?

We don’t offer in-house design services, but we do help with file prep — like basic adjustments, scaling, and fixing minor errors — to make your 3D model print-ready. If you need full design support from scratch, we work with a network of trusted freelance designers and design studios who can help bring your idea to life. Once the file is ready, we handle the printing with the precision you expect.
